Mechanical Design Engineer

I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle — from concept and CAD to FEA, manufacturing, and production support. I hold a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley (May 2024), specializing in Product Design. Currently at VPE Thermal LLC, I lead the mechanical design and structural validation of large-scale heat exchanger systems, applying advanced FEA, DFM/DFA principles, and GD&T to deliver production-ready hardware.

Beyond engineering, I am a certified SolidWorks Expert (CSWE), a sketch artist, and a Board Director at Action Nepal, where I led development projects in nutrition and agriculture across rural Nepal. I am also an alumnus of the US Embassy Youth Council (2023) and the Aspire Leaders Program at Harvard University, and I enjoy cooking, running, traveling, singing, teaching, and content creation in my free time.
